The 2023 annual meeting includes a short review of society activities and two additional important items:

1. A vote on adoption of new bylaws for the Society. These bylaws are modelled after those currently recommended by the State Historical Society and address the electronic communication methods now available. All members have been sent a copy for perusal. They can also be found here.

2. Election of board members to fill positions for terms expiring.
